HUNTING

"In a civilized and cultivated country wild animals only continue
to exist at all when preserved by sportsmen.”- Teddy Roosevelt.

Veteran Hunt Program Highlights

This program provides opportunities for active and retired service members the chance to hunt with a guide and other veterans all over CA and beyond. CWA provides EVERYTHING needed for an amazing hunting or fishing expedition at absolutely no cost to the veterans. We have found that this helps provide the ideal circumstances for the creation of mentorship and camaraderie among our Nation's finest military personnel.

HUNT PROGRAMs

The California Waterfowl Association (CWA) hunt programs are an important part of the organization's mission to conserve and manage waterfowl and wetlands in California. Hunting can play a valuable role in the management of wildlife populations and can provide important economic and recreational benefits to local communities. By promoting responsible hunting practices and educating hunters about the importance of conservation, CWA helps to ensure that hunting remains a sustainable and valuable part of the ecosystem in California.
